  • How sustainable is Yllin?

    As a brand being 100% sustainable is impossible as to be truly sustainable we should only consume what we need. But in this modern day world we have to work hard to find balance with consuming, working and living in order to support ourselves.

    As a small business with no money behind me I try my best to firstly to use what all ready exists material wise (second hand, vintage and deadstock) and I then design around that so this creates more work but the pieces I make are very unique which gives it more value and I would hope this lasts for many many years to come.

  • I also try to source everything from small independent stores/sellers from London and my travels around the world so my small business is also supporting other small businesses.

    When there’s scrap fabrics I always try to find ways to make more products so I work hard towards making 0 waste products too; this can be scrunchies, laptop cases and bags.

    Yllin does not work in seasons and creating collections, if I find a cute fabric I will make something fun and pop it online no messing, its all bout forever pieces for me.

    Yllin also uses recyclable packaging so no plastic bags here.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    When an order is placed I aim to complete it with in 24/48 hours and get it shipped out to you asap however as it is just me when there are a lot of orders this might take longer so average dispatch time will be 2-5 working day but I will aim to get it out asap.

  • How long is delivery?

    Domestic (Portugal) - CTT - Delivery time is about 3 working days

    Worldwide Shipping - CTT Registered - 5 working days to Europe and about 7 working days to the rest of the world.

    (please note there can be delays during busy times so if you need something for a certain date please do get in touch)

  • Can I return items?

    Yes of course if you don’t like it or the fit isn’t right or just whatever reason you have, you can return items for a refund or exchange please send an email asap regarding this. Return costs will need to be paid for by the buyer at their local rate, please also always keep proof of postage.

    You can not return Knickers/Thongs/Panties and I can not take returns on custom pieces but do get in touch if you have any issues and we can come up with a nice soloution.

  • Delivery/Payment

    Yllin now ships from from the EU - Portugal.

    Depending on where you customs fee or local taxes will need to be paid, these are out of my control and the responsibility of the customer to be paid in order to receive your parcel, please note your local postal service will notify you of this if there are charges to pay.

  • Do you sell in store?

    Yllin is currently only sold via my website, my etsy store, it’s not available in any other stores. If you are a store and would like to stock some of my products please do get in touch :)

    Sometimes I do pop ups but be sure to follow my social media account for updates.

    Wholesale - If you are interested in stocking my brand in-store please do get in touch as I have previously stocked in small boutiques.
